Matalan 2021 Returns Policy

General Information

Unfortunately, we can't offer free postal returns – you’ll have to pay for the postage unless you’re returning faulty or damaged items.

Once we've received your parcel, please allow 14 days for your refund to arrive. 

To qualify for our refund policy, all items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Any items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods that are not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Goods must be returned with your original receipt. Instructions for returning your goods were included in the package and can also be found here.

 

Returning Faulty Items

If you’ve bought or received a product that’s damaged or faulty, you can pop into our Old Swan Store along with your invoice or receipt for an exchange or refund (please allow 14 days for your refund to arrive). You can also return your items to us by post following the instructions on the slip included in the package. You can download a copy of that slip here. Our Matalan 2021 returns policy is separate to our general returns policy and applies to all products in our Matalan 2021 product range only.
